The Speed Limit is - 25mph
The are Transfer Fees associated with selling your property - The Transfer Fee is $500 transfer fee. The HOA also charges a $200 closing letter fee.
ACC Request - Any and All changes to the property and dwelling must be submitted to the Board for review/approval. See Documents and Files section for a copy of the form.
Street Parking - It is against Effingham County Code to park on our streets due to their width. You may submit an ACC request to alter your drive way to allow for more parking or utilize the amenity area parking for temporary overflow up-to 48 hours. See Rules and Regs for holiday and special occasion exceptions.
Pool/Pavilion Hours - There are currently no pool hours. There is no lifeguard on duty. It is highly suggested that children under 16 be accompanied by an adult. Guest should be accompanied by a resident. The Pool/Pavilion are currently not reserve able, however you are free to host parties on a first come first serve basis.
